Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by JQVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules. If any part is unacceptable, the relevant service should no longer be used.
Service Scope
JQVPN provides cross-border network acceleration across 110+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is designed to improve international connections, access international websites, and support related online services. Actual connection results depend on factors such as the user's location, network operator, target service status, and selected route.
Routes, client features, and available regions may change because of maintenance, security needs, capacity scheduling, or upstream network conditions. JQVPN may add, replace, or temporarily suspend certain routes within reason, but does not treat the route list as a separate promise of continued access to any specific target service.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route usage, and settings changes made through their accounts. Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred, or resold, and login credentials must not be shared with unrelated parties or used for unauthorized commercial distribution.
The service has no device-count limit, but devices must belong to the same account holder and be used in a reasonable context. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; available options are subject to the checkout page in the user panel.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must follow the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to the services they access, along with platform rules and intellectual property requirements. JQVPN must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious programs, interference with network facilities, unauthorized system access, or conduct that may affect other users' normal connections.
Users are responsible for determining whether their content and usage methods comply with applicable requirements. JQVPN may restrict activity that clearly threatens service security, route stability, or third-party rights, and may cooperate with valid requests made under applicable law when necessary.
Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections depend on the user's local network, international links, target services, and upstream infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, network congestion, changes in target-platform policies, events beyond reasonable control, or device configuration may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.
JQVPN will maintain its routes and clients within reason, but does not guarantee that any particular route, region, content platform, or connection speed will remain unchanged. Losses caused by user devices, third-party services, local network conditions, improper operation, or matters beyond JQVPN's reasonable control are the responsibility of the relevant party. Users should keep necessary data backups and alternative connection options according to the importance of their activities.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account is used for resale, unauthorized sharing, disruption of route operations, attacks on network facilities, infringement of others' rights, avoidance of standard billing procedures, or any breach of these terms, JQVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the impact. Related records may be used before or after action is taken to verify account status and resolve disputes.
Users may stop using the service, but stopping use does not automatically cancel an active subscription. After an account is restricted or terminated, refunds remain subject to the refund rules in these terms and the circumstances of the account.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the order and payment records can be verified. Eligible requests will be processed through the original payment route and according to the procedures of the relevant payment channel.
JQVPN may update these terms because of service adjustments, legal requirements, security standards, or changes to settlement procedures. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained through available on-site methods. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content; users who do not accept it should stop using the service.
