Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how JQVPN handles information when providing subscription services, international route connections, account management, and customer support. Data processing follows the principles of defined purpose, necessity, and restricted access. Using the service means that the user has read this policy; anyone who disagrees with these practices should stop using the relevant features.
Scope of Data Collection and Use
An email address is not required to open an account; users can register with a username and password, so the registration process does not collect an email address. The system stores the username, securely processed authentication information, and data needed to maintain the login session. This information is used to identify the account, verify access rights, and prevent unauthorized account activity. Users should not include sensitive information unrelated to account use in their usernames.
When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the system creates an order record containing the selected item, amount due, payment method, payment status, transaction reference information, and order processing result. This information is used to complete delivery, verify payment, process refunds, resolve order disputes, and maintain financial records. The system also records the account's traffic usage and subscription status to enforce plan limits, traffic resets, and service validity.
Marketing pages may collect statistics such as visit counts, referring pages, browser type, device category, and page interactions. These statistics help assess page performance, improve content structure, and investigate unusual access. Visit analytics are not used to build a profile of the websites a user visits, nor are they combined with destination records from network connections.
No-Logs Position and Connection Data
JQVPN does not record which websites users access, or retain browsing content, transmitted content, search content, or destination history that could be used to reconstruct specific network activity. The service does not create persistent connection logs that remain associated with an account and could be used to rebuild browsing behavior.
To keep routes operating and troubleshoot connection failures, the system may process temporary technical information when necessary, such as whether a connection succeeded, client category, error type, and route status. This information is used only for security protection, capacity scheduling, and fault diagnosis. It is deleted or aggregated into operational statistics that cannot be directly linked to a specific account once diagnosis is complete or the information is no longer needed. Traffic usage is used only for plan measurement and does not include access content.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface preferences, language selection, and necessary security markers. The user panel also stores authentication credentials locally so logged-in users can continue accessing account features. These mechanisms provide functions actively requested by the user; they do not store network access content.
Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, the login session and some preferences will expire together, and users may need to log in again or reselect interface settings. Restricting necessary storage may prevent the account panel, order process, or client download entry from working properly.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
The service supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service or settlement network, which may collect information required to complete a transaction under its own rules. JQVPN does not directly store complete payment credentials held by payment services; it receives only the payment status, transaction reference information, and settlement result needed to confirm an order.
Except to complete payments, provide infrastructure, protect security, meet applicable obligations, or handle a request expressly made by the user, JQVPN does not provide account data to third parties. Service providers performing necessary processing may access relevant information only within the agreed purpose and must apply safeguards appropriate to their responsibilities.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account authentication information is retained while the account remains active. Order, refund, and settlement records are kept for the period necessary to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable requirements. Analytics and temporary diagnostic information are retained only as long as needed for their stated purposes; once those purposes end, the information is deleted, de-linked, or aggregated.
Users can use the support ticket entry in the user panel to request account deletion or ask about data processing. After receiving a request, the service first verifies control of the account and then processes information eligible for deletion. Records that must be retained because of pending orders, refund disputes, security investigations, or applicable obligations will be handled after the relevant matter ends or the retention basis no longer applies. Account deletion does not automatically withdraw completed third-party payment records that cannot be reversed.
This policy may change as service features, data processes, or applicable requirements evolve. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised accordingly. Changes that materially affect data processing will be announced through an in-service notice. Users should review the policy in effect before continuing to use the relevant features.
