ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION

Account & subscriptions

Basic guidance on account setup, subscription access, configuration updates, device changes, and platform support. All subscription-related actions should be completed in the user panel.

Do I need an email address to open a JQVPN account?

No email address is required. You can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details secure and avoid staying signed in on public devices. After registration, the user panel shows your plans, orders, client downloads, and subscription details.

Where can I find my subscription details after purchase?

Sign in to the user panel and open Account Overview or the client downloads area to find the subscription details for your account. Marketing pages do not display real subscription addresses or direct links to static installers. Before copying or importing, make sure you are signed in to the account used to purchase the plan.

How do I update my subscription link?

In the client, find the option to update the subscription, refresh the configuration, or fetch the configuration again. Then update it using the subscription details currently shown in the user panel. Keep the network available during the update and wait for the client to refresh the route list. If the old configuration is still cached, delete the old subscription and import it again.

Do I need to buy again when switching devices?

You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. JQVPN supports unlimited devices. Sign in to the original account, then retrieve the client and subscription details from the user panel. When using multiple devices, confirm that the subscription has been updated on each one so an expired local configuration is not kept indefinitely.

Which operating systems does JQVPN support?

JQVPN currently supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Import options and network permission names may vary by system. Open the client downloads area for the relevant platform from the user panel and follow that platform’s interface instead of applying steps from another system.

CONNECTION / DIAGNOSIS

Connections & issues

Connection issues should generally be checked in order: basic network access, subscription status, route selection, system permissions, and client mode. Change only one variable at a time to make the cause easier to identify.

Why is a particular app not using the accelerated route?

First check that the client is connected, then see whether it is using Rule mode or Global mode. Some apps may use their own connection method or fall outside the current routing rules. Try switching routes and reopening the app. If it still cannot be reached, briefly switch to Global mode to determine whether routing is the issue.

Why can’t I connect even though the subscription was imported?

A successful import only means that the client read the configuration; it does not mean a route connection has been established. Confirm in order that the subscription is refreshed, a specific route is selected, the client connection switch is enabled, and the system has granted the required network permissions. If the current route is unavailable, switch to another route in the same region and test again.

What should I do if the connection drops after switching networks?

When switching from one network to another, the existing connection may need to be re-established. Disconnect the client first, wait until the system network can access the internet normally, and then reconnect. If the client still shows the old status, close and reopen it, select a route, and establish a new connection.

What should I check if a subscription update fails?

First confirm that the basic network can access the user panel and that the copied subscription details are complete. Then disable local filtering settings that may block network requests and try the update again. If the client reports a conflict with the old configuration, keep any necessary custom rules, remove the old subscription, and retrieve and import it again from the user panel.

Why does a webpage still show my previous network environment after connecting?

First confirm that the target route is selected and connected in the client, then reopen the webpage or clear the site’s local cache. Some apps reuse sessions created before the connection, so simply refreshing the page may not rebuild the connection immediately. Fully quit the relevant app, reconnect to the route, relaunch it, and check again.

ROUTING / PERFORMANCE

Speed & routes

Cross-border connection performance depends on the access network, target region, exit path, and app connection method. Choose routes around the target service instead of staying on one path permanently.

What should I do if the connection slows down during peak hours?

Cross-border connection conditions during peak hours can vary with the access network, target service, and route path. Refresh the subscription first, then switch to another route for the same target region. If the target service allows it, compare a nearby region as well. Once playback or a download has started, avoid switching repeatedly in quick succession, which can repeatedly rebuild the connection.

What principles should I use when choosing a route?

Prefer a route in or near the region where the target service is located rather than choosing solely by a familiar region name. For AI Tools, Streaming, or developer services, the exit region and connection stability are often equally important. If the primary route fluctuates, keep a backup route in the same region and judge it by actual access results.

What should I do if an AI tool loads normally but stops halfway through a response?

Streaming output depends on a persistent connection. A page opening successfully does not guarantee that the long-lived connection will remain stable. Stop the generation, switch to another route in the same region, and reload the page. Avoid changing networks or routes repeatedly while content is generating, because a changed connection path can interrupt the active session.

What should I do if Streaming opens but buffers during playback?

First confirm that the selected route region matches the content region, then reduce concurrent traffic on other devices. If playback starts normally but keeps buffering, try a backup route in the same region instead of repeatedly refreshing the current route. After switching, reopen the playback page so the media connection uses the new exit path.

How broad is JQVPN’s route coverage?

JQVPN covers 110+ countries / 220+ routes. The number of routes provides choices across regions and paths; it does not mean one route should be used for every situation. In practice, choose a primary and backup route based on the target service region, current access network, and connection performance.

Why do connections perform differently on different devices?

The device system, client permissions, local network, routing rules, and app connection method can all affect performance. When troubleshooting, connect the devices to the same network, update the same subscription, and select the same route before comparing results. If the difference remains, check whether system network permissions and client modes match.

BILLING / REFUND

Billing & refunds

Monthly subscriptions and data packages handle data differently. Before choosing, consider how often you use the service, then check the plan status, orders, and payment records in the current account.

What monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your everyday access needs and data usage habits rather than comparing only the monthly price. All plans can be viewed and started from the Plans section in the user panel.

What data packages are available?

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or anyone who does not want monthly data resets. Before purchasing, distinguish the billing model for monthly subscriptions from that of data packages.

How does monthly data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date rather than on a calendar-month schedule. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Before proceeding, check the current plan and remaining status in the user panel, then choose the desired tier in the Plans section so an upgrade is not confused with a separate data-package purchase.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported, with 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, select the relevant order, and submit the request. Keep the order details complete for verification, and do not submit multiple requests for the same order.
